ARE YOUR ITEMS ON-HAND?
Most of our items are available for PRE-ORDER unless otherwise stated. To know the availability of the product just go to the product page and find the "size" dropdown button. For pre-ordered products, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to process. You may send us a message to know if we could expedite the delivery for you.
HOW DO I ORDER?
To place an order just simply send us a message via e-mail at or SMS/Viber us at +63 917 8624 862.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
All on-hand orders will be shipped out within 2 working days after payment. Metro Manila deliveries take 1-3 days and 2-4 days for provincial.
Pre-ordered items will be delivered within 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment.
If your package still hasn’t arrived within the given timeline, e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FEE?
Php90 within Metro Manila and 200 for provincial (LBC). Please be informed that we do not hold any responsibility for items that are delayed, damaged or lost while in transit.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Refer to your shipping confirmation e-mail and click on the tracking reference number given. This will lead you to our courier’s tracking order page, where you’ll need to type in your tracking reference number. Once the information is confirmed, you’ll be brought to the next page where you can track your order.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
All sales are final.
CAN I RETURN THE ITEM I ORDERED?
We only accept returns or exchanges if the item is incorrect or defective. You may return products with factory defects and any wrong products delivered within seven (7) days of the products' delivery date. Please note that items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit will be issued instead.
HOW DO I RETURN/REPLACE A PRODUCT?

WHY DO THE COLORS OF THE PRODUCT DIFFER FROM THE PRODUCT IMAGES?
Huna Official strives to portray the most accurate color possible of the products posted in all our social media platforms. However, color may still vary due to screen resolution.
